Senior IT Auditor

The Senior IT Auditor is responsible for conducting and reviewing assignments for IT and Risk-based audits within Cim Finance and across the Group with emphasis on overseas business.

The successful candidate will ensure that the department is meeting its objectives regarding IT audits, internal audits, and any other planned/unplanned assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and review assignments from planning, fieldwork to reporting while multitasking.
• Organize and lead kick off, progress and close off meetings.
• Draft audit findings/report to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow Up on agreed action plans to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide coaching to juniors and support initiated development plans.
• Master regulatory environment and remain updated to new developments.
• Champion, manage and monitor implementation of change impacting the business area
• Detect and propose consulting assignments (specific review area value-enhancing audits).
• Build a positive team culture with strong positive engagement
• Maintain good relationship with key stakeholders and provide good customer service, whilst ensuring a relationship built on trust with all staff of the company

Candidate profile:

• BSc (Hons) Degree (preferably in IT field)
• CIA/CISA partly or fully accredited
• At least 3 years IT audit, preferably internal audit
• Be able to provide value added solutions/recommendations.
• Master analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Keep abreast of developments in the auditing and banking fields (through seminars, trainings, etc.).
• Risk management
• Excellent planning, organizational skills
• Willingness to travel out of country for audit assignments as required
