Act as a first point of contact to deal with the F&B Manager’s correspondences and calls, Performs secretarial duties, coordinates, organizes and attends meetings, Plans and coordinates F&B events, Manages database and filing systems, draws reports and follow up of meetings, orders and requests,

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Act as a first point of contact to deal with the F&B Manager’s correspondences and calls,
  • Performs secretarial duties, coordinates, organizes and attends meetings,
  • Plans and coordinates F&B events,
  • Manages database and filing systems, draws reports and follow up of meetings, orders and requests,
  • Deals with customer complaints and provides assistance to guests, managers and staff.
  • Adheres to and ensures compliance of the Hotel’s Rules and Regulations, Standards and Procedures

Qualifications and profile:

 

  • Holder of the Higher School Certificate and / or relevant Diploma.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Good observation skills with attention to detail.
  • Service oriented.
  • Fully computer literate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
