Act as a first point of contact to deal with the F&B Manager’s correspondences and calls,
Performs secretarial duties, coordinates, organizes and attends meetings,

Manages database and filing systems, draws reports and follow up of meetings, orders and requests,
Main responsibilities:

- Manages database and filing systems, draws reports and follow up of meetings, orders and requests,
- Deals with customer complaints and provides assistance to guests, managers and staff.
- Adheres to and ensures compliance of the Hotel’s Rules and Regulations, Standards and Procedures
Qualifications and profile:
- Holder of the Higher School Certificate and / or relevant Diploma.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Good observation skills with attention to detail.
- Service oriented.
- Fully computer literate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
