Join a dynamic team as a Portfolio Administrator, where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of entities, including GBC’s, Trusts, and Funds. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting clients and team members, and leveraging your expertise in compliance and legal structures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in the administration of a mix of entities such as GBC’s, Trusts, Funds and other type of legal structures
- Take responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of entities: stand alone and complex corporate structures.
- Play a vital role in enabling the smooth administration of clients’ entities and supporting other team members and acting as a point of contact for staff and clients.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision whilst achieving a high standard of client service and reporting to the team leader and directors.
- Excellent knowledge of compliance and AML/CFT laws and regulations to ensure client administration works are in line with the organisation internal policies.
- Candidates should possess a relevant qualification (University graduate in Law, Management, Finance or Accounting, ACCA/CGI) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience gained in the industry in a similar position.
- Candidates should be confident in their ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with their peers, clients and stakeholders in both English and French.
