Our client is looking for a Sales Executive – Life Insurance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Understand clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable products, including life insurance, retirement plans, and savings solutions.
- Provide professional advice on policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- HSC level
- Proven experience in sales, insurance, or financial services (preferably in life or general insurance).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand and explain insurance products clearly.
