In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat with efficiency and a customer-first approach.
- Actively listen to customers, understanding their needs and providing clear, effective solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, quoting stage to deal closure.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experiences.
- Stay updated on our products and services to confidently assist customers with accurate information.

Your Profile:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required—we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude!
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and French, with additional languages considered a bonus.
Working days : On rotation basis 7/7 including Mauritian public holidays.
Working hours : Depending on the time zones of our clients ( French and American)
