As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue goals. You will develop strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and create tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.

 

Duties
  • Work with Management and our clients to help create a business plan as part of overall company sales growth strategies.
  • Manage the day-to-day business including (but not limited to) Key sales activity, pipeline development, KPI’s, forecasting, sales cycle management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing
  • Achieve revenue goals on a consistent basis through leadership of a team
  • Devise marketing strategies, implement tactics, and analyze trends results to grow market share.
  • Integrate strategic efforts into the overall operations of the team
  • Daily monitoring and management of individual and team results
  • Managing contact records and systems
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports to management team
  • Coaching and motivating employees; managing performance and disciplinary issues as appropriate
  • Document staff performance; prepares and presents annual performance reviews
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, preferably in Automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and drive a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed.
