• Lead and inspire: Be the go-to person in the cardio/weight training area, lead some group classes, and manage the coaches' schedules.
• Build an exceptional team: Assess coach performance, guide them to excellence, and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
• Deliver five-star service: Ensure group classes are consistent, high-quality, and, most importantly, unforgettable.
• Listen and adapt: Tailor classes and schedules to meet members’ needs and stay ahead of fitness trends.
• Manage like a pro: Oversee attendance, leaves, and replacements, and ensure equipment is in top shape.
• Innovate and delight: Keep an eye on fitness trends, introduce fresh ideas, and organize events, challenges, and workshops.

Your keys to success:

• Training and expertise: A diploma or certification in sports science and fitness.
• Solid experience: 7 to 10 years in the field, including a pivotal role managing a coaching team or a similar position.
• Personal qualities: Natural leadership, impeccable organizational skills, and impactful communication.
• Contagious passion: A genuine love for wellness and ensuring member satisfaction.
• Tech-savviness: Proficiency in planning tools, performance tracking, and Microsoft 365.
