The job purpose of a sales coordinator is to support sales teams by coordinating sales activities and facilitating communication between internal departments and customers. They also have to coordinate effectively with sales representatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing and processing orders received from customers and sales representatives.
• Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Process sales documents and follow up on delivery service.
• Prepare appropriate sales reports and ad hoc reports on ERP.
• Follow up on customers’ accounts to ensure settlement. Liase with Credit Controller for all follow ups concerning debt collection
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as sales reps planning and reporting as well as maintaining sales records and databases
• Prepare quotations and deploy to clients and follow up on same
• Respond promptly to customer’s request & queries.
• Manage customer relations in the best interest of the company while meeting customer expectations. Build constructive & collaborative relationship with customers.
• Follow up with sales reps on new customer acquisi
• Assist sales reps to reactivate inactive customers
• Attend external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and to help business development
• Needs to back up showrooms as and when required.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, providing product information, and facilitating communication between customers and the sales representatives.
• Facilitate communication among different departments, particularly between sales, marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless flow of information and operations.
• Participate in Manco as and when required
• Carry out competitor’s analysis. Survey competitor’s products, asses their strengths and weaknesses.
• Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and market analysis
• Assist in organizing marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions and participate in events.
Requirements:
Minimum S.C or H.S.C with good results
At least 2 years experience in sales environment
Computer Literate
