We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Retail Sales and Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team and help us continue to exceed our customers' expectations.

The Retail Sales and Customer Experience Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the retail sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally.
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff to enhance their sales and service skills.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and manage merchandising.
  • Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Sales or Management
  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Netsuite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Hours:

  • Mon to Fri > 08h30 - 17h,
  • Sat > 08h30 > 13h.
  • May be required to do overtime from time to time.
