This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, presenting Emtel's products and services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering business growth in the SME market.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs, wants and demand of the requester
- Pitch relevant offers to the concerned market
- Responsible to ensure smooth service delivery to the segment
- Manage segment customer satisfaction directly or by the use of other value chain in the position
- Capture customer feedbacks and inputs based on services being provided
- Manage a defined Universe in area of operation
- Build Up a pipeline associated to allocated market
- Achieve sales target and defined AOP
- Customer retention and managing the life cycle
- Cross and upselling of offers
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum HSC holder with (3) three years of experiences in the sales field or customer service
- Experience in dealing face to face with customers is recommended
Required Skills and Aptitudes:
- Good communication skills (both French and English)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Analytical and problem solving mind
- Eye for details and ensure excellence in service and branding.
