Main duties:
- Supervise outlet staffs, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
- Train and mentor outlet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- oversee the receipt, storage and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
- To undertake stock take, re-order control and packing.
- To do windows and shelves display of the shop.
- Maintain clealiness and order of the outlet.
- To develop a good and loyal relationship with our clients.
- To deal with custome service issues.
- Interview new staff with approval of management.
- To organize roster and work schedule of the staff.
- To report on selling trends, customer needs and slow moving items.
Requirement:
- SC with proven experience as stores supervisor.
- Demonstrate leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends.
- Attention to details.
- Good written and oral skill.
