SECURITY TRAINER / SUPERVISOR

Sûr Protec Ltd Is Looking for a Security Trainer / Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Development of training schedules in collaboration with the team.
• Initial training of new employees during their integration.
• Ongoing periodic training or on demand.
• Support (coaching) of employees from their integration until confirmation of their position.
• Implementation of corrective measures if short coming detected during coaching.
• Periodic evaluation of employees in conjunction with operation managers.
• Minimum three years of experience.

REQUIRED PROFILES:

• Higher education Bacc+3 or more with proven experience in the field of security (site manager, trainer, etc …).
• Qualifications /diploma in safety trainer license required and approved or certified trainer
• strong personality (rigor, firmness, no letting go).
• organized, methodical and on the lookout for the best results.
• ability to anticipate or detect gaps, implement appropriate solutions.
• available and having good listening skills, dynamic and proactive.
• know how to maintain regular communication of information and reports to superiors.
• languages: English and French: read, written and spoken.
• mastering IT tools (office and email).
• A and B license (Motorcycle/VL) required.
• Salary is negotiable.
