JOB ROLE:
The Sales Operations Support will be responsible to support sales and tender processes, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Tender & Procurement Management: Oversee tender processes, negotiate with suppliers, and track profitability.
• Client & Order Management: Handle inquiries, process orders, and manage payment follow-ups.
• Sales & Business Growth: Support the sales team and contribute to business expansion.
• Administrative & Compliance: Manage documentation, correspondence, and secretarial support while ensuring company policies are upheld.
• Perform Secretarial Duties

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in sales operations, administrative support, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for effective
