The Payroll & Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the accurate management of payroll, timesheets, expense reports, and administrative obligations for all WWS Energies employees, both locally and internationally, in close collaboration with the Operations, Human Resources, and Finance teams
Prepare, verify, and consolidate payroll variable elements for both local and international employees
Collaborate with payroll providers (local and international) for the generation of payslips
Ensure compliance with Mauritian regulations and applicable foreign legislation
Monitor salary payments, social contributions, and other mandatory declarations
Implement time tracking tools and ensure proper usage
Review and validate timesheets in coordination with team managers
Generate regular reports for management and financial partners
Review expense reports: compliance, supporting documents, and adherence to internal policies
Coordinate reimbursements in collaboration with the Finance department
Track accounting records and support their analysis
Prepare HR documents: contracts, amendments, certificates
Update HR databases and personnel records
Provide support for audits and administrative compliance
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR/Finance processes
Degree in HR management, administration, or finance
Significant professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a multicultural/international environment
Excellent command of office tools, particularly Excel and Odoo
Knowledge of local (Mauritius) and international payroll practices
Precision, attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset
French: fluent (written and spoken)
English: fluent (written and spoken) – essential for communication with international teams
