Provide administrative support to the department in regards to the load of documentation that need to be processed Ensure the smooth running of the department on a day to day basis Bring value added contribution

 

  • Maintain department office area and filing cabinets in an organized and professional manner
  • Ensure confidentiality of all information
  • Report in a clear, concise and accurate manner on a regular basis
  • Participate in coordination of activities, information meetings, and employee welfare programs
  • Provide administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues    
  • Process time sheets on a timely manner and ensure that these time sheets are appropriately stored
  • Create and maintain databases and trackers       
  • Replenish office supplies as and when needed    
  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner and assists internal guests with any questions                           
  • Assist the HR manager with the recruitment, interviewing and selection processes and send appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner
  • Support the HR Manager with the maintenance and upgrade of HR procedures
  • Devise and implement, under the supervision of the HR manager, new HR projects for the company
  • Ensure timely delivery of PPEs to employees       
  • Ensure that employee leaves databases are updated on a monthly basis and send monthly fingerprint reports to managers
  • Deal with ER and IR issues under the supervision of the HR manager
  • Conduct regular orientation programs for new recruits
  • Support the department in implementing training and development programs
  • Devise and assist in conducting surveys  
  • Act as representative of the HR department in committees as and when required.
  • Work closely with all the team and clients to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Liaise with authorities for Work permits, Occupation Permits, lodging and accommodation permits
  • Maintain a daily log of important information to shared within the department.
