We’re looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced yet refined environment, and are eager to lead a stellar team, then this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a talented team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure a seamless dining experience, from exquisite food presentation to perfect pairings.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and top-tier customer service.
  • Curate and refine our wine and cocktail lists, bringing creativity and knowledge to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of all restaurant and bar supplies, maintaining optimal levels and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations while creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant or Bar Manager, with a strong background in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative atmosphere.
  • In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail pairings, as well as current trends in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A passion for providing outstanding guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
