The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. They are responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients/customers in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and manage meeting bookings.
  • Arrange couriers and deliveries as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls via PABX.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and posts.
  • Maintain a logbook for drivers.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to multitask.
  • Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
  • Efficient and well-organized with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult clients/customers with professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Minimum SC/HSC qualification.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or reception.
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
