The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. They are responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients/customers in a professional manner.
- Schedule and manage meeting bookings.
- Arrange couriers and deliveries as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls via PABX.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and posts.
- Maintain a logbook for drivers.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to multitask.
- Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
- Efficient and well-organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to handle difficult clients/customers with professionalism.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Minimum SC/HSC qualification.
- At least two years of experience in customer service or reception.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
