Quality Officer

Quality systems of the hotel (including food safety , TQM, environment, health and safety among others) Ensure effective and efficient implementation (if any), maintenance, coordination and continual improvement of the quality systems* of the hotel.

• A Bachelor's degree in food science
• Minimum experience in quality and food safety
• Experience in HACCP, ISO 9001, Internal/external audits would be an advantage
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills(Written & Verbal) both English & French
• Ability to work in a team to solve problems or improve systems
• Analytical skills
• Well versed with relevant laws, regulations and standards
• Be fully aware of the Safety & Health Policy and Emergency procedure
• Possess good MS Office skills
• Interprets and implement quality systems in the hotel to ensure quality service to the guest.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all quality standards
• Responsible to advise and assist the management on continual improvement of the quality systems.
