TotalEnergies Mobility Services International Ltd (TEMSI) is a tech subsidiary of the TotalEnergies company based in Mauritius. We are approximately 100 employees thriving to innovate, develop and maintain the Company's software solutions. More specifically, we work closely with various Marketing & Services subsidiaries to develop Mobility oriented solutions. 
We are currently seeking a Processing Agent who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of processing operations for TotalEnergies affiliates. This role involves overseeing the accurate and timely of the different processing tasks (data entry, PO follow up, …), maintaining strong customer service standards, and supporting the overall operational effectiveness of the processing team.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure accurate and regular services for TotalEnergies affiliates, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
  • Monitor processes to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Plan and deliver all scheduled reports to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that the information provided is accurate and of high quality.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly addressing and resolving queries from affiliates and customers.
  • Identify and escalate any operational issues or discrepancies to the Processing Manager, providing detailed information and potential solutions.
  • Formalize and document operational processes, ensuring that all procedures are clearly outlined and accessible to the team.
  • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect any changes in processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the operations, and work with the team to implement these enhancements.
  • Perform any other cognate duties as assigned by management.
 
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Diploma holder in IT related field or any other relevant field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Efficient, patient, autonomous and proactive
  • Solution oriented & excellent problem solver
  • Fluent in English and French, both writing and speaking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work odd hours and during weekend and public holidays when needed
