Job Title: Sites Supervisor
Location: La Tour Koenig
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Summary
We seek a Sites Supervisor to oversee and coordinate site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across all projects. The ideal candidate will manage site activities, supervise staff, and enforce health and safety regulations while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Supervision
- Conduct daily briefings before work begins.
- Visit sites to advise clients and conduct inventories.
- Implement and enforce erection and dismantling procedures.
- Ensure quality control and best working practices on-site.
- Organise and manage site operations, ensuring efficiency and risk management.
- Supervise work and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Maintain site cleanliness and proper equipment handling.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Communicate and enforce company HSE policies.
- Conduct site-specific inductions and risk assessments.
- Ensure safe working systems and issue work permits when required.
- Provide employees with proper PPE and monitor compliance.
- Assist in accident investigations and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform regular site inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare HSE training reports for management.
Scaffolding Team Management
- Assist in recruitment and selection of scaffolding staff.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate site employees.
- Coach and discipline staff as needed.
Operational Efficiency
- Prioritise and organise site work effectively.
- Ensure proper document flow between sites and the office.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- NC4 certification is mandatory.
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Strong understanding of scaffolding erection and dismantling.
- Familiarity with Occupational Safety & Health (Scaffold) Regulations 2011.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
