The Plant Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in various industrial or manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities:
They must ensure that the plant runs efficiently and safely by monitoring processes, troubleshooting
issues, and performing routine maintenance. Operators may be involved in controlling machines that
produce goods, handle raw materials, or manage utilities such as electricity, water, or waste
treatment. Their role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work
in a fast-paced environment.
1. Loading, Unloading and securing of raw material for production.
2. Daily reading and recording of plant Parameters.
3. Ensure cleanliness of plant
4. Ensure all machines are properly working
5. Report any anomalies to the plant supervisor / manager
Key Competences

6. Holder of an NC2 / NC4 in plumbing or electrical would be an advantage
