ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES | ||||||||
1 | Take part in training and implement accordingly | |||||||
2 | Conduct Staff Recruitment and selection process | |||||||
3 | Ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure to hire staff | |||||||
4 | Welcomes newly hired employees and executes the onboarding journey; manages the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great People Experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles. | |||||||
5 | Prepare onboarding documents and kits including Contract of Employment and Job description for the new hires and ensuring availability of uniforms for new recruit. | |||||||
6 | Ensure that a training plan is well set in advance with the HOD to facilitate training of new staff. | |||||||
7 | Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area | |||||||
8 | Identifies innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable People Onboarding Experience. | |||||||
9 | Assist in the building of an efficient team by taking interest in their welfare, safety & development | |||||||
10 | Close follow up of Performance Appraisal of new hired together with HOD | |||||||
11 | Ensure constant presence in the operations to perform mediation, counselling, pulse check and maintain employee relations and satisfaction at its highest level | |||||||
12 | Follow up of Purchase Request (Uniform...) as and when required | |||||||
13 | Interact with TM to obtain feedback and suggestion for improvement | |||||||
14 | Assist and advise TMs/HODs on HR matters | |||||||
Assist on conducting Exit & Return to Work Interview with TM | ||||||||
15 | Participate fully in activities related to TMs Engagement Survey Activities & Exercises | |||||||
16 | Ensure that all salary increases / promotions are as per SOP, update HR records accordingly and follow up with PHRSA | |||||||
17 | Assist in compiling and maintaining various monthly statistical reports (labour force/turnover/absenteeism/overtime….) | |||||||
18 | Prepare correspondence, forms and reports, arrange meetings and take minutes of all HR meetings | |||||||
19 | Prepare all documentation in line with recruitment, departure of TMs | |||||||
20 | Handle inquires in absence of Superior | |||||||
21 | Assist in all reference checks on new recruits | |||||||
22 | Update communication on notice board | |||||||
23 | Coordinate transport of all TM with transport provider and sort out all TM transport issues | |||||||
24 | Assist in the organisation of welfare and social activities |
