General Responsibilities
- Create engaging job descriptions
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
- Design and plan recruiting events; Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
- Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
- Assist the People Operations Manager in implementation of projects
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Implement the ATS tools
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Source, screen and arrange for interview of candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop hirings trategies
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, job portals and HR records
- Organize career fairs and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
