Are you ready to ignite your culinary career in a dynamic and exciting hotel kitchen? Join our exceptional team as a Pastry Cook at Maradiva Villas Resort and Spa!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily MEP of pastry & bakery products
  • Ensure that all the quality and quantity standards of food preparation & presentation in the bakery are adhered to
  • Adhere to Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness standards
  • Ensure good physical upkeep, condition of equipment and utensils within the work station
  • To assist in the ordering, loading, receiving , storing, inventorying and issuance of all food products
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Education:

  • NTC in Pastry & Bakery from a recognized institution OR
  • Any other chef’s training inputs would be an added qualification.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years in the similar position
