Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily MEP of pastry & bakery products
- Ensure that all the quality and quantity standards of food preparation & presentation in the bakery are adhered to
- Adhere to Safety, Hygiene and Cleanliness standards
- Ensure good physical upkeep, condition of equipment and utensils within the work station
- To assist in the ordering, loading, receiving , storing, inventorying and issuance of all food products
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Education:
- NTC in Pastry & Bakery from a recognized institution OR
- Any other chef’s training inputs would be an added qualification.
Experience:
- 2-4 years in the similar position
