• Analysing the documents at the stage of reporting an accident (ASF form/NIP)
• Explaining insured procedures after submitting claim
• Registration of claim on Information System
• Follow up on outstanding premium
• Analyzing documents provided by insured (Claim form, ASF form and Estimate of repairs)
• Agreed Apportionment of Liability (AAL)
• Follow up with Third party insurers in respect of liability
• Divert claim to Third party insurers for Third party cover
• Follow up with Third party insurers till claim is settled
• Follow up on police reports
• Appointing surveyors
• Follow up on replacement car
