As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, smoothies, specialty drinks, teas, coffees, and other concoctions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all necessary ingredients for non-alcoholic beverages are available.
  • Prepare and craft an array of non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, smoothies, juices, teas, coffees, and signature beverages.
  • Develop new and creative beverage recipes, aligning with the park’s nature-focused theme and customer preferences.
  • Set up and organize bar stations with the necessary supplies such as glasses, mixers, garnishes, and non-alcoholic ingredients.
  • Engage with customers to understand their preferences and make recommendations for custom beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bar area, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace at all times.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for La Vallée des Couleurs Nature Park, representing our products and promoting our beverage offerings to clients and visitors.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the Head of Department on customer preferences and trends in the non-alcoholic beverage market.
  • Assist in creating visually appealing beverage presentations that enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Adhere to all company standards for drink preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bartending or as a barista, specializing in non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Excellent knowledge in preparing, mixing, garnishing, and serving non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Strong creativity with a passion for crafting unique and flavourful beverages.
  • Positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and an extroverted personality.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with guests and team members.
  • Basic math skills for accurate inventory and order processing.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years is preferred.


Education: Minimum school certificate; NC4 Bar or equivalent.
Additional Experience: Experience as a barista is an advantage.
