Customer Service Officer

We are a fast-growing importer and distributor of biodegradable and compostable products and packaging materials. An ISO 9001:2015 certified company. We are recruiting.  Responsibilities:

- Promoting the Company's Vision, Mission and Values

- Manage incoming calls and/or customers

- Issue sales orders and coordinate with the warehouse for delivery

- Credit collections

- Admin responsibilities

Experience & Profile

- HSC holders with at least 1-year relevant working experience

- Computer literate & good with numbers.
