A medical sales representative acts as a liaison between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals, promoting and selling products. They build relationships with doctors, nurses, and other HCPs, via regular visits to deliver face to face product presentations.

 

Medical sales representatives connect medical and pharmaceutical companies with healthcare professionals (HCPs). In this role, you will:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of your product portfolio.
  • Schedule regular visits with HCPs.
  • Deliver presentations and organize conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs.
  • Seek new clients and manage your work schedule.
  • Analyze sales data to improve performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and monitor competitors.
  • Work closely with a team of experienced reps.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Persuasive and outgoing with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Sales and customer relationship experience.
  • Confidence, determination, and adaptability.
  • Teamwork, networking, and business awareness.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A valid driving license is required.

Training and a company car will be provided to help you succeed in this role. A driver's license is mandatory for this role.
