We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team at Grand Baie La Croisette. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, assist customers and contribute to the smooth operation of our store. Candidates must be residing in the north.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly.
  • Provide detailed information and guidance on products, including their uses and benefits.
  • Assist customers in making selections and offer recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

 

Sales and Transactions:

  • Process purchases efficiently using cash, card, or digital payment systems.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the full range of Spa Ceylon products, including ingredients and usage instructions.
  • Conduct live demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.

 

Store Maintenance:

  • Replenish shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and report shortages or damages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

 

Promotions and Branding:

  • Promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches to customers.
  • Support in-store events and wellness workshops.

 

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide feedback and updates to supervisors regarding sales performance and customer feedback.

 

Requirements:

  • Passion for wellness, skincare, and luxury retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift hours as required.
