RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Screen resumes and applications, conducting phone screenings and face to face interviews for agents
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet.
  • Schedule meetings, HR events etc and maintain the team’s agenda.
  • Prepare contracts, job descriptions, and onboarding materials for new employees.
  • Responsible for the training administration.
  • Updating the training records, organization of staff training sessions & workshops
  • Responsible for the HRDC procedures for training grants of MQA approved courses
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and labour law issues.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on labor legislation, adapting company policies as needed.
  • Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
  • Responsible to maintain an up-to-date HR filing system. (Both physical & digital)
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR documentation and records.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly HR report on time
  • Support the HR Manager in audits and compliance reviews.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Atleast an HSC with 1 year of experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English & French)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
