RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting phone screenings and face to face interviews for agents
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet.
- Schedule meetings, HR events etc and maintain the team’s agenda.
- Prepare contracts, job descriptions, and onboarding materials for new employees.
- Responsible for the training administration.
- Updating the training records, organization of staff training sessions & workshops
- Responsible for the HRDC procedures for training grants of MQA approved courses
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and labour law issues.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters while fostering a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on labor legislation, adapting company policies as needed.
- Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
- Responsible to maintain an up-to-date HR filing system. (Both physical & digital)
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR documentation and records.
- Prepare and submit the monthly HR report on time
- Support the HR Manager in audits and compliance reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast an HSC with 1 year of experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English & French)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
