As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and support business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Albert Group’s products.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, in-store) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
•  Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives and lead generation.
•  Manage product launches, creating engaging content and marketing materials.
•  Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI for all marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in marketing (preferably in lighting, electrical, power tools, or furniture).

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO platforms).
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Leadership and team collaboration capabilities.

Working Conditions:

• Located in Port Louis
• Mon to Fri: 08h30 - 17h,
• Sat: 08h30 > 13h.
• May be required to do overtime from time to time.
