Mathieu Opticien is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and strengthen the brand’s presence. In this role, you will lead retail marketing initiatives and support the marketing and communication strategies for our wholesale sister company.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to meet sales objectives.
- Measure and analyse campaign performance, ROI, and sales data to optimise future initiatives.
- Organize and oversee commercial activities, including promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Customer Experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the online and in-store customer journey.
- Analyse customer feedback and implement improvements to strengthen relationships and satisfaction.
- Ensure that all stores deliver a superior and evolving customer experience aligned with market trends.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and guide the Marketing Team.
- Set clear goals, provide training and guidance, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Oversee the team's execution of marketing plans and adherence to quality standards.
Sales & Performance
- Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to drive customer retention and long-term loyalty.
- Support store performance enhancement through strategic and tactical marketing actions.
- Responsible for B2B collaboration and agreements.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage external partnerships, including suppliers and agencies, to deliver effective campaigns.
- Establish and conclude B2B agreements to expand partnerships and corporate opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or advertising, with a focus on autonomous and leadership roles.
- Expertise in relationship marketing, campaign management, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and in understanding and leveraging digital marketing platforms and KPIs is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator & InDesign) and Canva would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder and customer relationships.
