About the position:

The goFLUENT Marketing team is looking for a strong addition to our growing team who will be on top of automating our marketing efforts and aligning them with our lead generation and database management strategies. This role will be highly focused on email marketing, maximizing Marketo as a tool for automation for our global sales teams. Getting the right emails into the right inboxes at the right time to improve open and click-through rates is just the basics of the role. You will be expected to develop and track email campaigns and landing pages alongside a team of content writers and web developers, work closely with the lead generation team to identify and execute outbound marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Support marketing coordinators to create email campaigns for their different markets.

  • Collaborate with content, design and tech teams to develop email campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Execute campaign implementation and management on platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce

  • Segment contact lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (e.g., downloads, page visits).

  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.

  • Work to minimize unsubscribes and list decay while increasing the productivity of our email campaigns.

  • Help analyze marketing and sales data to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.


What You'll Need:

  • High level of English (minimum B2).

  • Must demonstrate general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and G-Suite (Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, and Google+ for communication; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites for collaboration).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and data analysis.

  • Keen attention to details and accuracy.

  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

  • Excellent communication abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.


Good to have:

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and SQL is an advantage.

  • Experience in creating email marketing campaigns and web landing pages using platforms such as Marketo and Wordpress.

  • HTML coding experience would be very appreciated.
