We are currently hiring two (2) dynamic Manager - Projects Implementation to take the lead on exciting development projects, drive results & ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Our property cluster is currently hiring two (2) dynamic Manager - Projects Implementation to take the lead on exciting development projects, drive results & ensure seamless execution from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage construction project activities to meet defined goals and deadlines.

• Coordinate with subcontractors on-site to ensure work is completed as per schedule.

• Oversee snagging, handover, and de-snagging processes for each project, providing reports to management.

• Define project schedules, procurement strategies, and ensure budget adherence.

• Prepare and administer contracts with professionals, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Monitor and track project progress, costs, and quality using project management tools.

• Organize meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and track project deliverables and requirements.

• Liaise with clients, provide advice, and report to senior management with well-structured updates.

• Assist colleagues whenever the opportunity exists for improvement in operations or of work in general

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Proven experience of at least 10 years in construction project management and coordination.
• Relevant degree in Engineering / construction management / project management.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while respecting budget constraints.
