We are looking for an experienced HR SSC Manager to oversee the operations of our HR Shared Services Center site. The HR SSC Manager will be responsible for leading a team delivering high-quality HR services to the organization. This role will require a strategic approach to optimizing processes, procedures and technology, including identifying opportunities for service improvements and implementing best practices across the services teams.
HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:
· Lead and manage the HR Shared Services Center site
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
· Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to increase efficiency and enhance the quality of HR services.
· Ensure compliance with all , state, country, and local employment laws and regulations.
· Manage and resolve complex HR issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
· Oversee the management of HR projects, including technology implementations, process re-engineering, and service delivery model changes.
· Collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR Shared Services Center.
· Foster a culture of high performance and continuous development within the HR team.
· Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and provide appropriate HR support.
· Manage the HR Shared Services Center budget and resources effectively.
EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
· Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an HR Shared Services environment. (ServiceNow)
· Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals.
· Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
· Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analytics, preferably Workday
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
· Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
