To assist with and coordinate daily operations aligned to the implementation and execution of Smollan’s Marketing agenda. Further, to support the production and distribution of Marketing content and initiatives to be used across the business, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Main Role
Execution & Reporting
- Assist Product Manager / Marketing Manager in daily activities
- Liaise with Marketing Agencies to timely execution
- Updating and Monitoring of Marketing Calendar
- Execution order and Payment Request follow-up with Finance
- Artwork vetting and re work if required
- Attend meeting & training session with internal and external partners
- Competitors marketing activities monitoring and reporting
- Be able to understand product life cycle
- ROI analysis for marketing spent
Secondary Role
Digital Marketing
- Monitoring of SNS Platforms. 1 month calendar drafting
- Work in close collaboration with agency for Influencer and video production
Sales Admin
- Assist SCM Manager for adhoc Sales Invoice drafting.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 2- 3 years’ experience in Marketing or Communications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Computer literacy - MS office suite,
