Drymix Ltd, member of UBP Group, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage import/export logistics. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations and adherence to company standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage import procedures from purchase orders to delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clearing agents, and accounts for documentation, payments, and customs clearance.
  • Ensure proper handling of goods, including container unstuffing and damage reporting.
  • Maintain export forecasts and coordinate container bookings, product quality checks, and delivery.
  • Prepare export reports, including "Rapport Qualité Empotage," and maintain communication with clients for ETD and ETA updates.
  • Handle EUR1 certification and customs paperwork.
  • Cross-verify sales orders and collaborate with freight agents to address queries.
  • Process purchase orders for raw materials, spare parts, and PPEs.
  • Ensure timely supplier follow-ups and feedback on purchase requests.
  • Reconcile raw material stock with production reports and manage monthly consumption accounting.
  • Update indirect production cost reports and coordinate with accounts for payments.
  • Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
  • Report hazards and adhere to established company policies.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum HSC
  • Certificate or Diploma in Store and Logistics will be an advantage
  • 3-5 years in a similar position
  • Experience in production environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
