Kids Club Supervisor

Preskil Island Resort is looking for competent, committed, passionate, and enthusiastic candidates for the post of Kids Club Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilites:

• Ensure that Kids club hostesses promote their activities in the restaurants during breakfast and focus on families with children found in the age group required to be admitted in the kids club
• Rooming list and forecasts should be scrutinized
• Arrival of Children at the hotel should be followed so as to attract them to the mini club.
• Regular inventories of the equipment should be made
• There should always be one person at the Kids club during opening hours especially when activities outdoor  are being done with children
• All problems with the equipment or premises should be reported as soon as possible to the Manager
• A list of activities is attached to this document listing the different activities in which Kids club supervisor will be involved. They are responsible of the organization and smooth running of these activities.
• Kid’s club supervisor should accompany all children willing to have lunch or dinner without their parents (age group: 3-12 yrs.)
• Pool activities should be followed carefully ensuring the security of the children.
• Kids club supervisor should give all their attention to the children at kids club
• Security should be the main concern of Kids club supervisor when entertaining the children.
• Pedagogical aspects should be included in the activities
• Key procedures govern the closing of Kids club as per S.O.P
• Outdoor activities should be organized to keep the Children busy and avoid a boring atmosphere at the Kids club.
• Addressing complaints to manager and resolving problems for guests
