We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our team based in Rose Hill and ensure smooth transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Input customer sales orders into software
- Validate list once order has been prepared
- Issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
- Handle discrepancies, resolve invoice-related issues
- Process customer sales returns and send credit notes
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate records
- Communicate with clients when necessary
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Profile:
- Qualification: HSC
- Experience : At least 2 years as invoicing clerk or similar role
- Requisites and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in date entry
- Proficiency in software and microsoft excel
- Basic understanding of invoicing processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
