We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our team based in Rose Hill and ensure smooth transactions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Input customer sales orders into software
  • Validate list once order has been prepared
  • Issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
  • Handle discrepancies, resolve invoice-related issues
  • Process customer sales returns and send credit notes
  • Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure accurate records
  • Communicate with clients when necessary
  • Any other duties as may be assigned

Profile:

  • Qualification: HSC
  • Experience : At least 2 years as invoicing clerk or similar role
  • Requisites and Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in date entry
  • Proficiency in software and microsoft excel
  • Basic understanding of invoicing processes
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
