Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk with excellent customer service skills to join their team.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. The ideal candidate will need to be Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Although location is in Black River the person will work remotely and English must be 1st language or excellent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of invoicing activities and payments.
- Verify order accuracy, product availability, and pricing before confirming orders
- Maintain records of invoicing activities and payments.
- Communicate order status, shipment details, and any delays to customers.
- Reconcile discrepancies between orders, shipments, and invoices.
- Communicate with customers regarding invoicing queries and payment status
- Provide top-quality customer service by addressing queries professionally and timely.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in invoicing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of skincare products and the beauty industry is a plus.
