Warehouse Clerk

SDI Warehouse Ltd, part of the SDI Group of Companies with its headquarters located at Riche Terre Industrial Zone is actively looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic profile with a long term career oriented mindset to join its team.

Job Description

• Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.
• Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched/ stacked in the racking system.
• Liaise with Warehouse Manager for selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas.
• Fill tally sheets and other relative document.
• Supervise the Loading and unloading Lorries, vans and other vehicles.
• Prepare appropriate warehouse receipt/Delivery note every upon receipt/ delivery of goods
• Preparing deliveries for clients (as per mail/fax received)
• To communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and other SDI staff

• Ensure the safe-handling of all products during picking, loading, discharging and stocking to avoid any damages.
• To assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Manager
• To be responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork to the warehouse dept
• Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse for staff to work in.

Place of Work : Riche Terre Industrial Zone 

Hours of Work : Mon - Fri : 7.30am to 16.30pm  ; Sat :7.30am to 12.30pm - Overtime as and per when required
