IT Infrastructure Lead

Floreal International Limited is currently seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and creative IT Infrastructure Lead to join our IT Team. The IT Infrastructure Lead will report to the Head of IT.

What you will be doing:

• Design and develop a scalable IT infrastructure that benefits the organization.

• Create and document proper installation and configuration procedures.

• Oversee deployment of systems and network integration in association with partner clients, business partners, suppliers and subsidiaries.

• Research and recommend solutions that circumvent potential technical issues

• Take part in IT strategic planning activities that reflect the future vision of the organization

• Design disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area network and redundant, highly-available server and network architectures.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in IT related field

• Professional Certificates, e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Fortigate, will be an advantage.

• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience in Infrastructure Management

• Minimum of 2 years direct experience with O365 as an Administrator or Super User

• Experience with Office 365 technologies (Sharepoint, PowerApps, Flow, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, etc.)

• Experience working in large ERP systems

• Advanced knowledge of networking – LAN, WAN, VPN, IP, DNS 

• Experience in managing a geographically apart environment and Team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems, Network and Hardware Technologies

• Extensive knowledge of Office 365 Package

• Attentive to Details, Team Player, Passion for Customer Satisfaction and Result Driven

• Ability to work under pressure
