Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials to new hires.
  • Facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Ensure all employee information is kept confidential and secure.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information, terminations, and other relevant data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Track employee participation and progress in training activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain HR files and documents.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
