Assist HRE - HRC in the day to day running of the HR function and supports management in achieving set goals and objectives as per standards.

 

Candidate Profile

  • 1 year experience in HR 
  • Conversant with prevailing legislation , policies & procedures
Qualification
  • Degree Holder in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution.
Roles responsibilities :
  • Take part in internal training courses and to implement what has been learnt in daily practice.
  • Assist relevant managers in coordinating of training events or programs including inductions for new Team members.
  • Maintain good working relationship to internal staff.
  • Assist in the preparation and computation of salary in collaboration with the HRE / HRC on a monthly basis to be forwarded to Rogers Corporate office.
  • Prepare correspondence, forms and reports, arrange meetings and take minutes of all HR meetings.
  • Prepare all documentation in line with recruitment, departure of TMs.
  • Interact with TMs for feedbacks on work environment.
  • Manage leaves record card, exceptions report (attendance system).
  • Maintain TMs file by handling changes in TMs records.
