Assist HRE - HRC in the day to day running of the HR function and supports management in achieving set goals and objectives as per standards.
Candidate Profile :
- 1 year experience in HR
- Conversant with prevailing legislation , policies & procedures
Qualification:
- Degree Holder in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution.
Roles responsibilities :
- Take part in internal training courses and to implement what has been learnt in daily practice.
- Assist relevant managers in coordinating of training events or programs including inductions for new Team members.
- Maintain good working relationship to internal staff.
- Assist in the preparation and computation of salary in collaboration with the HRE / HRC on a monthly basis to be forwarded to Rogers Corporate office.
- Prepare correspondence, forms and reports, arrange meetings and take minutes of all HR meetings.
- Prepare all documentation in line with recruitment, departure of TMs.
- Interact with TMs for feedbacks on work environment.
- Manage leaves record card, exceptions report (attendance system).
- Maintain TMs file by handling changes in TMs records.
