The HR Officer provides day-to-day payroll, administration and recruitment support to the business units by ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of monthly payroll for the assigned companies in the region.
- Liaising with auditors and third parties during audits and submission periods.
- HR Analytics: Monthly employee costs reconciliation and reporting.
- Liaising with finance department to sync on employee-related costs spending and collaborate on group consolidations.
- Monitoring & update leaves system and ensure correctness of leaves balance for each employee.
- Assisting in recruitment process, prepare employees on-boarding and organise induction.
- Updating & renewal of the medical, pension, travel, group accident coverage and any other scheme implemented in the Group. Continuous follow-up where applicable and members movements in the medical scheme.
- Assisting in implementing and monitoring an effective employee relations and welfare program within the subsidiaries.
- Coordinating training implementation and follow-ups on training refunds.
- Supporting the HR team in corporate initiatives, such as Satisfaction Surveys, Culture Development, Performance Appraisal etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

- Degree in Human Resource Management
- 4-5 years' experience handling payroll & in HR role
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Able to work as a team & individually
- Knowledge of Sicorax and/or ADP will be considered a plus.
