We are looking for motivated and ambitious HSC graduates under the Youth Employment Program (YEP) to join our team as Junior Recruiters. This role provides hands-on experience in the recruitment industry, offering training and mentorship to develop your skills in talent acquisition, and candidate management.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal systems.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks such as CV formatting and database management.
• Engage with candidates and clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in our system.
• Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• HSC qualification with a passion for recruitment and talent management.
• Eligibility for the Youth Employment Program (YEP) in Mauritius.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of G-Suite.
