Assist POS/POA in the day-to-day running of the HR function and supports management in achieving set goals and objectives as per standards
Assist POS / POA in coordinating staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organised and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
Prepare all documentation in line with recruitment, departure of TMs
Manage leaves records cards, exceptions reports (attendance system)
Ensure that all forms are available at all time
Assist in the organisation of welfare and social activities
