As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing our financial analysis processes and actively participate in strategic transformation projects

We are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to strengthen our team and help drive strategic decision-making and financial performance optimization.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.

• Building and maintaining robust financial models to support strategic decision-making.

• Preparing clear and concise financial reports for the executive team and investors.

• Collaborating with operational teams to gather and analyze financial data.

• Automating and optimizing reporting and analysis processes (Excel, ERP, BI tools).

• Supporting digital transformation initiatives within the finance function (tool implementation, new processes).

What We’re Looking For

Education: Degree in finance, management, or equivalent (business school or university).

Experience: 5y of experience on FP&A or Business Analyst roles in an international environment

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheet and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or ERP systems (Sage X3, Odoo, SAP, Netsuite).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets.

• Ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear and concise manner.

• Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English.
