Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our employee engagement and experience together with promoting a positive workplace culture across all Companies of the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication
- Develop and implement internal communication plans and campaigns to align with our corporate values and employee initiatives;
- Coordinate with each business unit to gather and process data for sharing on the right medium of communication;
- Write and share respective contents through our internal channels including intranet, email, notice board, workshop, and social media platforms;
- Manage and optimize our communication channel to include and push relevant content and messages and make maximum use of technology to enhance communication channels;
- Collaborate with Management to create and deliver consistent communication/ messages across all levels of each business unit;
- Ensure timely communication regarding Group/Company events and offerings;
- Provide support for internal events, meetings and presentations in order to ensure effective communication and engagement;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop artwork and visual content that aligns with the company’s brand in order to enhance the impact of messages;
- Create visually appealing materials such as infographics, posters, videos and presentation;
- Conduct regular assessment of communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback and analytics and use these data to continuously improve our communication strategies.
Employee Experience
- Collaborate in designing initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience;
- Conduct regular surveys and hold feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction;
- Organize and facilitate events/ initiatives to foster a sense of belonging among employees;
- Champion the Group corporate culture and values and ensure that they are reflected in all internal communication and employee experience initiatives;
- Collaborate in crafting and maintaining the Employee Value Propositions and ensure consistent communication on same across all the HR value chain for the employee life cycle.
Expertise
- A Diploma in Communications or Human Resources or any other relevant field. A higher related qualification will constitute a definite advantage.
- Proven experience in internal communication and employee experience or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of communication tools and platforms.
- Experience with graphic design would be an advantage.
- Team player, proactiveness, strong organization and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain network with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills.
