Atalian Interactive Ltd is currently looking for highly capable individuals, with a can-do attitude to join our team.
We are looking for an Employability Administrator to support the People into Work (PIW) Process. In this role, you will help drive an inclusive recruitment process by managing candidate pipelines, sharing job vacancies with strategic partners, and ensuring timely responses from Hiring Managers.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Share circa 25 live job vacancies per day suitable for People into Work candidates to relevant strategic partners
- Ensure Hiring Managers prioritise People into Work candidates for interview
- Chase Hiring Managers to ensure professional response times to strategic partners and escalate any areas of concern
- Ensure that appropriate feedback is provided in the selection process from Hiring Managers and share accordingly with strategic partners to support People into Work candidates in their job search
- Populate and maintain the People into Work Tracker ensuring data entered is accurate, timely and with attention to detail
- Provide data as and when necessary and in accordance with key deadlines
- Help to resolve any Eploy Recruitment portal issues, liaising with the core recruitment team where appropriate
- Ensure that People into Work governance is adhered to and follow up with any Hiring Managers for return of documentation
- Maintain the People into Work mailbox and respond to queries daily
- Assist with the preparation of People into Work presentation collateral
- Exercise sound judgement, reasonable care, skill and diligence when carrying out duties
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Data orientated with attention to detail
- Process oriented with ability to manage and analyse data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to produce data and explain it to a wide audience succinctly and with credibility
- Interpersonal skills balancing diplomacy and confidence to build positive relationships, inside and outside OCS
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
